Summary report for trial subscriptions

Number - number of that type of subscription due to expire during the specified period
Prior subscriber - number and percentage of these trials that were taken out by existing subscribers
Upgraded to that service - number and percentage that took out another subscription to the exact same service as trialled (only)
Bought any other service - number and percentage that paid any further money after taking out the trial (excluding exact same service, but including combos)
Bought other and trialled - number and percentage that subscribed to the same service as trialled and to another service
In trial - number and percentage that are still in trial
Not upgraded & out of trial - number and percentage that have not paid any further money since taking out the trial, and whose trial has ended (this may include current subscribers if they took out a subscription prior to the trial and that subscription is still running).
